Oops, Can I make changes to my order?
Changes are possible until the product has been sent. Once the order has been sent, it cannot be altered. If you need to make a change, please reply to the Order confirmation you have received in your email or send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org
What is the delivery time of products?
The delivery time is stated on the product page. We process deliveries daily and they are usually sent during the same or the following day. If we do not have a product in stock, you can see the estimated time of delivery on the product page.
Where do you deliver products?
We deliver products to contries within EU.
How much does the delivery cost to my country?
Our standard delivery cost is 4,90€ per order bu there is a free delivery for orders over 100€!
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it is not shipped out yet. If you need to make a change, please reply to the Order confirmation you have received in your email or send a message to email@example.com
When will the products be shipped?
We process deliveries daily and they are usually sent during the same or the following day. If we do not have a product in stock, you can see the estimated delivery time on the product page.
What should I do, if any of the products I ordered is missing from the delivery?
Please inform us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or reply to the Order confirmation you have received in your email and we will solve the issue quickly. We shall investigate the matter as soon as possible and shall send you the missing product. If we cannot deliver the missing product, we shall refund its price.
I made an order and did not receive an order confirmation. What is going on?
An order confirmation is sent to the email address you enter in your contact details. If you have not received a confirmation message within a couple of hours of your order, it is possible that there has been a spelling error or something has gone wrong during the purchase process. If you are unsure whether or not your order has been received, please send an e-mail message to email@example.com. We shall send a confirmation at the earliest opportunity.
How do I pay for the order?
Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard charge cards
When is the payment debited from my account?
If you choose to pay via PayPal, the payment is debited from your PayPal account at once. If you opt for Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard payment, you will be charged on your next credit card bill.
How safe is payment online?
Online payment is safe. The payment operator is PayPal, who is handling fund transfers using encrypted and secure connections. PayPal is providing payment agent services to thousands of online traders.
How do I use the discount codes offering discounts?
If you have a discount code, you can claim your discount by entering the code in the Discount code field in shopping cart.
- Add the product(s) to cart
- Go to cart by clicking the cart icon at the top right corner of the page and click Buy products
- Below the products you have added to the cart, you can see the Discount code field. Enter the discount code and click Use code button. The discount is immediately displayed and and the product price is reduced.
What is the warranty offered for the products?
The warranty depends on the manufacturer. Manufacturers' warranties apply and you can make a claim to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include photos to clarify any manufacturing errors or other reasons to justify your warranty claim.
Can I suggest new products for the Megalon Sport’s range?
We are making continuous efforts to expand our product range and cater to the needs of our customers. You are welcome to suggest new products via our feedback page.

If you get an error message when using our website, please e-mail the error message to the customer services. Please also state what operating system and which browser (and its version) you are using, as well as the URL address (at the address field of the website) where the error message was displayed.
